About Us
We want to give intelligent, ambitious girls the chance to become successful women.
About Us
Ambition Crush is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women by giving them the essential leadership and entrepreneurship skills for success. Our name is intentional. We want to see a future in which girls are crushing fear, crushing self-doubt, crushing poverty, and crushing their goals! Our mission is to provide girls with the knowledge, confidence, and community needed to thrive, be resilient, prosperous, and have a positive impact within their communities and in the world.
Through Crush Club, we offer girls ages 12-18 the chance to learn how to earn money in the creator economy. Our program goes beyond simple business skills – helping participants build self-esteem, make connections, and gain digital marketing experience that they can proudly add to their resumes. From art and merchandising to volunteer work and fundraising, our activities foster creativity, collaboration, and community.
Why We Exist
In a world where teens are bombarded by consumer culture and social media pressures, Ambition Crush creates a space for young women to focus on meaningful relationships, independence, and self-worth. We recognize that many teens are seeking opportunities to learn real-world skills and find purpose, but may be struggling to find options. High school often emphasizes standardized testing, leaving little room for creative thinking and personal development.
Ambition Crush exists to fill that gap, helping teens learn to earn money, build skills, and gain independence without disrupting their studies or personal lives. By participating in Crush Club, they gain hands-on experience in business, branding, e-commerce, and more—empowering them to succeed on their terms.
