Crush Club is our leadership program for girls ages 13-19 who want to participate in organizing community events so they can learn to lead through action and real-life experience.
BECOME A MENTOR
If you’re a female entrepreneur, counselor, college rep, or an individual who wants to give back, we’d love to have you volunteer at an event or participate in a Q&A forum with our members.

Everyone, especially young people, must have a sense of purpose and belonging.
The teenage years can be some of the most difficult.
We believe that when people nurture their sense of self-worth and connection to everything and everyone, they can become outrageously successful, altruistic humans.
Our mission is to ensure that our leadership programs and events always instill these values: that each one of them is worthy beyond measure, capable of anything, and supported and believed in.
Each of us is a vital piece in a bigger puzzle. Together, we can help young people overcome fear, isolation, and feelings of hopelessness. No one gets left behind.
Our Focus
Social-Emotional Wellness
Let’s focus on building communication and social skills so teens can get off their phones, away from media, out of their heads, and into something positive and exciting.
Build Character
Our activities help students grow incredible focus, communication skills, and self-discipline. With these qualities, they can go anywhere and do anything and be successful.
Confidence
Crush Club encourages girls to have a voice and communicate clearly. We give her permission to take up space. She’ll leave each meetup with at least 1% more confidence.
community
There is strength in connection, and this is the cornerstone of how we run Ambition Crush. We want her to know the power of community, collaboration, and healthy interdependence.
